Louis & Amy's Big Day

Here comes the ... Force? Or is that Darth Vader's theme? Darn it, Louis - Now I'll have to watch those movies again!

Accompanied by star wars music, Louis and Amy confidently paraded past their guests in high style.

Here are my handsome brother and his gorgeous still-fiance on their wedding day in March. It was a perfect Vancouver wedding. The rain outside drizzled down on English Bay. Inside the Sylvia Hotel, the wedding party and guests waited in cozy anticipation of the big moment.

Thank-you, Louis and Amy, for sharing your day with all of us. We loved your wedding and the reception at Dad's swanky digs. I wish we had pictures from the reception (hint hint - maybe an X-mas present?) but we were having too much fun to take them ourselves. The food was amazing, we got to visit with some familiar people, admire the decorations and generally kick up our heels. It was truly a classy wedding.
